The first case ever of successfully prosecuting a domain name thief happened this last week. Daniel Goncalves was succesfully prosecuted and thrown in jail for stealing the domain P2P.com from the rightful owner. Through elaborate web "magic" he tried to cover his tracks, in the end he lost, and he will pay for it for a very long time.
